The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for working hand-in-hand with the business side of the organization to assist and support operational improvements. The Technical Business Analyst receives operational requirements from Operations Management to refine and translate them into production processes or workflows that produce high production yields, production efficiency with reduced cost considerations. In addition, the Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the integration of technology into business operations by researching and writing technology assessment proposals that support the overall operational strategy.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

* Refine or create detail workflows and functional requirements as laid out by  Operations Management

* Conduct operational processes review and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders

* Initiate and proposed technological improvements to business operations

* Analysis of production data to determine operational efficiency 

* Work with all business units to ensure feasibility of functional requirements

* Assist in the preparation of new business proposals pertaining to operational processes and technology

* Support business operations with technical support as needed in area of expertise 

* Initiate technological implementations for business operations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with high academic achievement. 1-3 years experience directly related to the duties listed above

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Superior technical writing skills with the ability to express abstract concepts and visions in a graphic format. 

Need strong skills with software graphic programs such as Microsoft Visio for graphic representation of process workflows.   

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Strong mathematical skills needed for data analysis.  

REASONING ABILITY: 
Strong analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
