Summary of responsibilities:
The Quality Clerk is responsible for auditing, analyzing, and reviewing processes within the department.The Quality Clerk ensures compliance to in-house specifications, standards, and good business practices. Additionally, the Quality Clerk will provide training support to supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Review production and efficiency standards within operation.
Perform random audits throughout project.
Attend quality monitor sessions with manager and client.
Recommend ideas to improve production standards.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly statistical information to management staff regarding quality assurance.
Review/recommend training of all staff.
Monitor production goals
Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions.
Examines project operations for accuracy and conformity to contractual guidelines.
Receive cross-training for all projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to staff with ultimate goal of team success
Ability to process and retrieve information from a computerized database
Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel)
Ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional service level at all times
