SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance/Reconciliation Clerk is responsible for auditing, analyzing, and reviewing transactions from IVR and Merchant vendor. Quality Assurance/Reconciliation Clerk ensures compliance to in-house specifications, standards, and good business practices.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.


•Communicate daily with Quality Assurance Manager and Client both verbally and via email.

•Daily Reconciliation

•Contact and Audit IVR and Merchant vendor

•Research and process refund at clients’ request

•Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports

•Handle citizen inquiries, disputes, and adjustments

•Assist QA team with departmental audits.

•Maintain working relationship with support team

•Maintain client relationship with for multiple clients and sites

•Attend customer service department (once a month) and client meetings.

AVAILABILITY


•Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday – Friday EST

•High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

•One year related reconciliation and/or auditing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Ability to process and retrieve information from a computerized database

•Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel)

•Ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional level at all times

•Ability to read, write, and understand English

•Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

•Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages

•Ability to deal with varied situations

•Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal business writing and analytical skills
