Answer motorists questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
Receive payment by cash, check, or credit card
Issue receipts or change due to motorists
Daily balancing, depositing, check and cash reconciling
Daily report preparation
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Scheduling emergency tow hearings
Online processing of payments
Issuing preferential parking permits
Other duties as necessary in relation to the project and department
Requirements:
Provide basic Customer Services
Good mathematical skills
Handling Money
Ability to work independently
Ability to operate a computer and calculator
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Able to handle complaints and unpleasant motorists
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for motorists
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly upbeat attitude
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to sit/stand for extended length of time
Be comfortable with repetition, since the job function rarely change
Bilingual
