Assist supervisor and coordinates activities of the Payment Walk-In Center Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
Communicate daily updates to management
Assist with preparation of work schedule to expedite workflow.
Follow up on requests from Clients.
Assign duties and examines work for accuracy on multiple shifts.
Balance all daily transactions.
Assist with completing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.
Assist with supervision of staff at multiple sites.
Report/supervise multiple sites.
Assist with completing monthly attendance reports.
Ensure Quality standards daily.
Complete Quality control measure daily.
Participate in new hire training.
Participate with implementation of new procedures/train staff.
Responsible for development/activities to ensure positive staff morale.
QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and provide leadership.
AVAILABILITY
Must be available to work all shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00am, Monday – Sunday
Scheduling is based on the need of the cashiering site
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree or equivalent from two years college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to speak effectively, present
information in one on one and small group situations to employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest.Ability to compute rate, ration and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define, as well as solve problems, collect data, establishes facts and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
