SUMMARY
Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing assistance to customers via telephone and correspondence in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
Accurately handle complaints concerning tickets or services rendered in a professional and courteous manner
Accurately process, document and record mail correspondence
Research and review correspondence to assess action to be taken
Prepares paperwork for processing of refund due to customers
Schedule hearings
COMPENSATION
Hourly rate of $12.20
AVAILABILITY
Must be available between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday
Must be able to attend mandatory staff meeting which occur 1 Saturday per month
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
