Job Description

• Provide documentation services in support of Records Management and Lifecycle Document administration for a Global Pharmaceutical Commercialization Operations


• **Provide records management services including scanning, tracking and logging of incoming records, as well as secure storage, archival and retrieval of these records.

• *Perform issuance activities for controlled documents including batch records, qualification records, etc.

• *Provide electronic document administration services including document creation, review, approval and issuance. Provide coordination of Lifecycle Document distribution schedule and execution.

• *Provide audit support where needed for documentation.

• *Provide customer service for QEC inquiries.

Technical competencies and related experience requirements:

• *Interacts with key contacts regarding documentation status or issues

• *Works independently and can collaborate well in a team setting

• *Strong word-processing skills

• *Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

• *Proficient with Adobe Acrobat

• *Proficient in scanning and electronic document management

• *Documentation administration – prefer a minimum of (4) years of experience

• *Understanding of GMP and GxP document types preferred
