Position Responsibilities:
•Greet Motorist as quickly as possible with a sincere smile/listen carefully once motorist arrive to your cashier window
•Maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor
•Operates a Cash Register (or Equivalent),
•Follow all company established cash, handling procedures including check, credit cards and receipts transaction with motorist.
•Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there adequate change
•Issue Change/Receipts due to the motorists
•Answer motorists questions, and provide information on policies/procedures
•Adhere to company policies and procedures
•Scheduling Emergency Boot/Tow Hearings
•Online processing of payments
•Issuing preferential parking permits
•Perform other related duties as assigned in relation to the project and department
Qualification & Requirements:
• Basic (PC) computer Knowledge
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
• Ability to make simple mathematical calculations
• Attention to Detail
• Handling Money
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to handle complaints and unpleasant motorists
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for motorists
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly upbeat attitude
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to sit/stand for extended length of time
• Be comfortable with repetition, since the job function rarely change
• High School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual
